* Being the interface and point of contact between the Business Process Outsourcing deliveryteam(s) and the Polestar organization * Develop and maintain strong relationships and effective working environments with all thedepartments across the OTC business * Follow-up inquires and perform timely escalation to applicable parties for swift resolution * Perform issue resolution of inquires relating to in-scope OTC process such as (but notlimited to): * Customer master data process * Processing of invoices, deductions, returns and discounts * Application and allocation of incoming payments * Analysis of overdue invoices * oManagement of customer inquiries & reclamations * OTC closing activities * Leading implementation of process changes and improvements initiatives in area ofresponsibility * Create desktop procedures and ensure their continuous alignment with current processes * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
* University degree in Finance or equivalent * Around 1-3 years of experience in Accounting * Good IT system understanding and efficient data handling * Knowledge of Finance processes and policies and full ability of applying these in the dailywork * Experience in executing global processes locally and globally and working effectively in aglobal team * Workday knowledge is desirable * Fluent in English, oral and written. Any other language is a plus * Ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible and positive mind set. * Service minded and curious * Actively take a part in smaller projects * Good communication and cooperation skills * High integrity * Good analytical skills * Ability to keep deadlines
