International company focused on marketing, sales and customer experience needs to recruit a Service Delivery Engineer for their Contact Centre. Descripción de la oferta * Lead the deliveries of a team of Contact Center Engineers which includes 3rd party partners. * Focal point for all demand on the team, acting as Business Analyst and Delivery Manager for all changes. * Participate in the creation of new and exciting products and services for the Contact Center. * Carry out research to help us push the boundaries of Contact Centre innovation. * Support internal teams for guidance on 3rd Party applications and integrations, such as integrating with Salesforce, Zendesk etc. * Carry out assessments of solutions, identifying areas of optimisation for client delivery. * Management of 3rd Party providers and manage timelines for delivery. * Support users with Ad hoc requests and general support issues. * The focus is Business Analysis and Delivery Management, however some hands-on delivery may be desirable. Perfil del candidato * A strong interest in technology both at home and at work, with a desire to investigate new ideas. * Strong analysis, problem solving and social skills. * An infectious "can do" attitude, with a desire to make things work. * A "completer finisher"; keen to deliver on time, whilst ensuring solutions work as they should. * Team player, able to work effectively at many levels of an organization as well as with customers. * Recent experience delivering Genesys Cloud. * 5+ years working in Call Center environments. * Strong aptitude for understanding business problems. * Strong Analysis, Planning and documenting skill. * "How & Why" CRM tools are used in a Contact Center, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot.
