Funciones

Execute and manage all accounting entries for the Spanish entity and its subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Handle monthly closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
Operate and optimize our ERP system, ideally Sage 200 Advanced.
Lead process improvements and automation within the ERP environment.Supervise and execute payments to suppliers and vendors across all group entities.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Oversee and reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reporting for consolidation.
Collaborate with the CFO and business teams to design and track key financial and operational KPIs.
Support analytical processes to evaluate performance, costs, margins, and revenue trends.
Contribute to financial planning and business model optimization.

Requisitos

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or similar roles.
Strong accounting expertise.
Hands-on experience with Sage 200 Advanced or other ERPs.
Experience with group structures and intercompany accounting is highly desirable.
Solid Excel / Google Sheets and data interpretation skills.
English: B2 level or higher is required.
Spanish fluency is mandatory.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external advisors (e.g. local accountants).
Proactive and resourceful, with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Organised, self-motivated, and highly dependable.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
