Funciones

The Site Financial Controller will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

- Reporting processes such as weekly forecasts, monthly financial statements, budgets, operational reporting and extensive financial analysis;

- Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, government remittances, importing and exporting documentation and cash management;

- Manage and provide leadership to finance team, day to day operations, develop and mentor staff;

- Work closely with the General Manager of the company and the CFO of the parent company located in Canada;

- Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistent effectiveness of processes;

- Source government funding for operations where applicable;

- Present financial statements and financial analysis to General Manager and senior management at the international headquarters;

Requisitos

The following are the minimum /skills to be considered for this role:

- Minimum 5 years of strong accounting and administration and finance management background;

- Strong presentation skills, must have experience presenting financials to senior management at both domestic and consolidation format;

- Must have minimum 3 years managing a finance team, forecasting and budgeting experience;

- Minimum 3 years of International Supply Chain or 3PL industry experience;

- Strong MS Excel skills are paramount, must be able to manipulate large complex spreadsheets;

- Strong experience using Epicor ERP Software would be considered an asset;

- Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Spanish with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization;

- Must have strong time management skills and must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment;

- Strong relationship building skills and able to develop rapport with others are key skills required.
