Canalha Comporta, created by Chef João Rodrigues, a neighbourhood-style restaurant with a strong Portuguese identity and Iberian inspiration, where the daily menu is guided by the freshness of national produce. Food Circle, an intimate and exclusive fire-based dining experience with live cooking, ancestral inspiration, ingredients from the organic garden, and local producers, including wine pairing. Davvero, presenting a contemporary approach to Italian cuisine, focused on premium ingredients and flavour combinations, in an elegant Mediterranean setting inspired by the traditional Italian aperitivo. Beefbar, an international and cosmopolitan concept that combines sophisticated street food with premium meats from around the world. The offer is complemented by a breakfast service focused on quality, freshness, and balance, as well as a bar dedicated to signature cocktails, reinvented classics, and personalised experiences. We are currently looking to strengthen our team with: Cook (M/F) Responsibilities: Prepare and cook products in accordance with recipe specifications and the required quality standards; Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, utensils, and raw materials; Correctly use equipment, utensils, and raw materials; Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure excellent service; Comply with HACCP standards; Assist in the preparation of requisitions; Provide direct support to the Chef and Sous Chef.
Proven experience in similar roles; Strong organisational, planning, resilience, and problem-solving skills; Team player mindset; Fluency in English.
