At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we are all Customer Helpers responsible for creating memories and ensuring our customers Have a Lovely Holiday.

After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have some great opportunities for Dispatchers to join our Ground Operations Team on a part time Fixed Term contract.

Reporting to the Station Controller, the Dispatcher is responsible for:
The dispatch of all aircraft in compliance with Company and legal requirements
Effective communication with all Teams & Crews involved with the aircraft departure
Ensuring the effective coordination of all dispatch and load control operations
Being the ambassador for our safety-first culture, ensuring you drive the culture through every aspect of your work
Supporting the business to deliver our on-time performance targets and VIP service to our customers

Requisitos

The successful candidates must have:
Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish with the ability to quickly and accurately assess situations
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
High degree of personal effectiveness in managing your own workload and confidently taking responsibility for decision making
Previous turnaround supervisory experience would be ideal, although this is not essential
A type B Driving License
