Funciones

* Responsible for meeting sales and expense targets for the service team
 * Responsible for setting and executing service strategy in a given market
 * Act as department leader in various customer interactions, including assisting in daily escalations from customers
 * Cooperates with machine sales department to coordinate approach to market and customers


Description

* Analyzes installed base of compressors to determine sales opportunities

 * Prepares sales targets for each team member, as relevant

 * Creates sales plan for service department

 * Monitors realization of sales targets

 * Defines service sales strategy

 * Collects feedback from market about service products, competitors, etc.

 * Finding and creating new sources of revenue with service

 * Support sales people to build and maintain relationships with biggest key customers (negotiations, tenders)


Profile

* Develops understanding of service technician capacity needed, based on installed base in the market
 * Tracks service technician utilization to ensure high productivity
 * Finds waste, designs and executes plans to eliminate it
 * Daily decision making support for service technician issues

 * Develop technician skills by recommending appropriate training

 * Supporting in any issues about Service Techs

 * Manages service technicians for performance

 * Supervises warranty process

 * Supervises spare parts operations

 * Monitors technical issues and escalates with other internal departments, as needed

 * Responsible for spares inventory

 * English is a must
