Funciones

Currently looking for a young professional that is passionate about Higher Education, with a diverse and international mind-set, ready to learn and work in teams at a fast paced environment

Job description:
• You will be part of an exciting team actively participating and taking the lead of cross- departamental projects.
• Organization and coordination for Summer and Winter Schools
• Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with all commercial teams and relevant teams across IE.
• Lead the coordination and operations of online and face-to-face events organized by the team.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences throughout the sales process/customer journey
• Responsible for administrative tasks, billing, etc.
• Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics.
• Expertise in sales innovation tools (Power BI, CRM, Hubspot…)
• Assist in preparation of marketing materials
• Support teammates as necessary to build team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience, and outstanding reputation of IE programs.

Requisitos

Requirements:

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic person, willing to learn and take on new responsibilities!
• Bachelor´s Degree
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• In possession of a valid work permit for Spain
• Experience in the Education industry is preferred
• Previous experience coordinating projects or events is preferred
• People driven, with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work under pressure, in international and diverse environments
• Sales driven
• Highly proactive
• Excellent communication skills
