Funciones

Your Responsabilities

 Material Engineering Department-Anti Corrosion Member is mainly responsible for body and parts 
corrosion protection development for new projects. 
 
Your responsibility is to ensure Toyota standards and production quality guidelines are respected for top corrosion protection of automotive parts and shell body. You achieve these in strict time plan through pre- production into mass production. You follow Toyota’s unique production preparation methodology and teamwork approach. 
Your role includes overcoming test failures and field concerns through root cause analysis; by using analytical test tools, investigating manufacturing processes, identifying new process or material options. 
You investigate, develop and implement innovative coating materials (pretreatment, paint, metallic coatings) to achieve superior performance and cost benefits. You make direct contacts with various supplier representatives, evaluate possibilities, identify technical requirements and develop project plan. 
You will envisage and implement operation procedures and new evaluation tools thereby broaden the capabilities of the department. 
You will be learning how to work with many departments in the organization to actively drive problem solving through a team working approach in line with the Toyota way. 
You will network with leading EU researchers, follow seminars, start and follow up research projects with partner institutes. 

Requisitos

Your Profile


 Degree in Material Engineering or Chemical Engineering (A postgraduate qualification or higher degree in (corrosion electro-chemistry) would be beneficial) 
Mature business manners as well as strong interpersonal communication skills, which make you move at ease within an international environment 
Creative, rigorous, challenging and persevering 
Good planning and organization skills with a strong ability to build constructive work relationships 
You have a strong analytical mind and you possess strong task management skills. You are practical and logical with a hands-on approach 
Computer literate  (MS Excel, PowerPoint) 
You must be fluent in both written & spoken English; any other European language is an asset 
Travel 10 to 20% maximum 
You hold a valid driving license
