Funciones

We are looking for a passionate Country Manager with around 10-15 years of experience performing a similar role, ideally within ICT consultancy environment.

Strong sales acumen, strong decision making capabilities, team work and leadership.

- Native Greek is a must


Description

* Drive the strategy, operations, financial, sales and business development of the company in the country.
 * Conduct the company business according to valid local legislation and according to shareholders policies;
 * To plan, coordinate, coach and manage the day-to-day running of the business in the country, with the perspective of enabling the company to achieve its overall sales, ensuring operational and strategic goals
 * Define and implement annual budget plans and provide regular reports to the headquarters. Generate reports about performance, forecast and results and correct possible deviations.
 * Take on full P&L accountability of the affiliate/subsidiary, with the report of the CFO and COO.
 * Foster good relationships with C-level executives. Represent the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies.
