Funciones

Your responsibilities:
Setting up and successful launch business operations in Spain.
Development of market entry strategy in Spain
Acquisition and onboarding of key distribution partners (gas stations, supermarkets, convenience stores, vape stores)
P&L responsibility for business results
Recruitment of key personnel
Developing Evapify brand awareness and distribution channels

Requisitos

Your Profile
Fluent English and Spanish
University degree
At least 3 years of successful management experience preferably in B2B sales in FMCG,Tobacco or HoReCa sector with a proven track record of business growth and a solid network
Ability to negotiate and represent the company with key partners
A self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed
Entrepreneurial mindset and commercially focused
Ability to read and interpret financial statements and reports

Additional info to the job description:

Net Salary EUR 2,5k monthly
Strong bonus system connected to sales that will give the country manager EUR 25k bonus in the first 3-4 months after launch of sales
Strong bonus system connected to Break Even and net profit thresholds.
We want to give shares to our country managers – 4% (via a 3 year ESOP), which means also participation in dividend payouts.
