Credit & Collection Specialist with Portuguese! We are currently recruiting experienced Customer Service and Credit Collector to expand the business for the Portuguese market.

Our client is a global and well-known brand within the field of imaging and electronics, creating new innovations for the future.


Description

Your responsibilities:

 * Management of client requests
 * Manuscript management and manual billing, complying with the authorisation policy defined in the OpCo
 * Modification of contracts (corrections, change of conditions ...)
 * Interact with the rest of the Departments to solve the incidents and modify the conditions of the contracts, customer data, etc.
 * Follow-up with the collection of invoices from assigned clients: debt management, identification of delinquency and escalation of conflict situations


Profile

Your profile:

 * Experience in Credit/Cash Collection or Customer Service
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 * Native level of Portuguese + fluency in English
 * Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
 * Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics
 * Ambitious and motivated, able to work under pressure
 * Disciplined and high attention to detail
