Essential functions of this Role:

* Account manager for the assigned European dealers sales ledgers
* Assess risk / authorize credit on new account applications
* Monitor / authorize the release of daily orders
* Chase debt via telephone or email
* Liaise with customer services and the sales team to resolve issues
* Provide monthly reports on overdue debt
* Provide weekly orders held updates
* Maintain the dealer data
* Daily cash posting and allocation
* Process credit card transactions
* Process SEPA direct debit runs
* Monitor legal action in line with department procedure

General duties:
* Process credit applications and assign credit limits informing customer services & sales
rep of any change to credit limits
* Establish payment plans for outstanding accounts within department guidelines
* Issue daily receipts report
* Discuss with sales rep, country manager and credit control manager before threatening
any action against a dealer according to company policy
* Provide sales force with feedback on credit limits, payment terms and payment history
before pre-book season
* Review accounts to determine if orders outside credit terms can be released
* Maintain account notes on SAP and make credit control manager aware of any issues
* Send dealer statements / copy invoices on request
* Reconciliation of dealer accounts if required
* Providing monthly analysis of your ledgers to the credit control manager

* Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to handle pressure and use own initiative
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (familiar with SAP / Dunn & Bradstreet a plus)
* Language skills - Spanish, German, English
