Iman Temporing is looking for Credit Controller for the finance department for a important company in the chemical sector.

As a Credit Controller and reporting directly to the Regional Credit Controller, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing credit applications and following-up on outstanding debts.  You will also collect credit information following established procedures and guidelines to collect overdue accounts and to minimise outstanding debts.


RESPONSABILITIES:

-Processing collections from customers, issuing and reconciling account statements, identify overdue payments and defining a remediation plan.
-Support in Bad Debts management (provision, write-off)
-Process insolvencies
-Negotiate with customers overdue collections, procedures, payment terms, financial information
-Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and prepare reports on the status of the credit and collection activities to minimise outstanding debts
-Prepare ad-hoc reports in regards to credit and collection activities
-Verify credit references so that applications for credit can be accurately assessed
-Gather and compile credit information and maintain credit records so that accounts can be processed accurately.

Requisitos

-At least 2 years of experience in a finance department.
-High computer skills (MS programs)  
-Related educational background is desirable
-Organised and capable of meeting deadlines
-Great communication skills
-Teamwork
-Quality oriented with proven experience of working to quality standards and record keeping
-Availability to communicate in English and Spanish

Se ofrece

Salary: 28k to 31k depending of the candidate's value. 
Schudele: Monday to Friday : 8h to 15h
Contract duration:  3 months at least ( to cover sick leave)
