Do you want to join the Adecco Group in the Finance division?

From the Adecco Group we are looking to incorporate a figure of Iberia Credit Risk Manager.

Your main mission will be coordinate the necessary actions to comply with the company´s credit risk policy, analyzing and granting credit limits to customers, maintaining an ongoing relationship with commercial and operations teams with the ultimate goal of minimizing losses due to bad debts; coordinate, in a motivating way, the teams from Spain and Portugal to reach the objectives set. 

Your mail function: 
- Evaluate clients to assign credit limits according to internal policy; monitoring of compliance with credit decisions.
- Interlocution with management and commercial teams to manage and analyze clients and prospects seeking solutions that enable the company´s objectives by complying with credit policies.
- Propose and make improvements to the company´s credit policy.
- Coordinate and adapt procedures and credit insurance to the Corporate policies
- Develop and implement technological improvements that allow improving credit control, efficiency and quality
- Maintain relationships with commercial information providers, certifying entities, insurers and law firms
- Train and develop teams under their direct or functional responsibility

Requisitos

Se requiere Licenciatura / Ingeniería Superior y De 5 a 7 años de experiencia

Requirements: 

- Degree in Management & Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Specific knowledge:  Knowledge of credit procedures
- 5 years experience managing credit departments for Spain and Portugal
- Experience in implementation of credit projects
- Fluent Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese will be valued
