Reporting to the Marketing Director, the selected candidate will be responsible of the following functions:

 * Responsible for defining and planning the CRM strategy and optimizing and maximizing customer retention and customer loyalty.
 * Responsible for developing and managing the CRM team and making the best use of company resources.
 * Monitor customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
 * Oversee, track and analyze all CRM/Loyalty related initiatives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of these programs.
 * Design and lead the development and execution of hyper personalized triggered direct communication programs at scale through email channel and other inbound and outbound channels (onsite, push, in-app, SMS, digital advertising, call centers, etc.).
 * In charge of customer Journey Mapping, analyzing touch points and maximizing commercial opportunities.
 * Develop and implement initiatives to maximize data capturing, from leads and existing customers to ensure further use of the data to create customer relationship strategies.
 * Work closely with the digital marketing team as well as UX developers to ensure accurate data capture for reporting, analysis and campaign execution purposes.
 * Ensure a proportionate and immediate response by the Customer Care team to the onboarding / funnel chokepoints.
 * Enable knowledge and best practice sharing.


Perfil del candidato

* University Degree in Marketing or similar is a plus.
 * Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar CRM Manager role with demonstratable success and achievements. Employment history must demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility.
 * Experience within Financial Services is preferable; however, experience working in those companies that have advanced CRM systems is also an advantage.
 * A strong track record of campaign management and marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
 * Experience with connecting customers across inbound and outbound channels, supporting direct marketing execution and leading the creation of highly responsive direct customer communications.
 * Track record of mastering email marketing communications, CRM and direct marketing principles.
 * Ability and willingness to write and/or review copy. HTML knowledge is desirable.
 * Ability to apply direct marketing, brand and channel best practices with unique combination of creativity and effectiveness. Design experience is a plus.
 * Expert in measurement of activities at customer level.
 * Solid understanding of customer databases, single customer view architecture and integrations.
 * Hands on experience with specifying and exploring customer data cubes for analysis and insights. SQL knowledge is a plus.
 * Knowledgeable in digital marketing metrics and in incorporating click stream data to customer journey analysis and insights.
 * Ability to work in cross-functional and international structures within an innovative, digital environment.
 * Systematic approach to problem detection and solving with strong analytical skills.
 * Outstanding communicator able to consolidate and present data in clear manner.
 * Strong process/project management skills with the ability to set goals rapidly and in a timely manner.
 * Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once.
 * Fluent Spanish and English language capabilities.
