Descripción de la oferta * Manage the Retention Area for all company's producs/services. * Optimize use of Retention multichannel strategy (existing and new): APP, email, phone, push notifications, Remarketing (display, Facebook..), Loyalty Club, in-store, SMS.. * Increase LTV, purchase frequency/repetition, and Returning Customers' engagement * Optimize and further develop the current Marketing Automation strategy * Define and manage the (Retention) Communication Calendar * Control and improve ratings on Customer-facing tools: Opinions, Feedback, APP, Social Media.. * Acquire customer knowledge and insights and define relevant segments and tailor-made strategies for each * Reduce customer churn * Manage and animate loyalty club * Measure, Report, Monitor and control Retention's Objectives * Work with other areas within Marketing to provide intra-departmental services * Work with the IT and Data teams to ensure the right data and tools are available to meet Retention's objectives Perfil del candidato * At least 3 years of experience in a similar position * Experience with Apps, App Analytics/campaign software, and marketing tools for push notifications * Experience with CRO tools and best practices both for email and websites * Experiencewithemail marketing tools * Deep knowledge and understanding of email marketing best practices, both for technical implementations and for conversion * Experience with CRM and increasing Repetition Rates * Passion for Retention Marketing and deep understanding of KPIs and main metrics * Solid knowledge of Google Analytics * Very detailed oriented, organized and proactive * Ability to consistently meet agreed deadlines * Be excited about working in Fintech and the credit industry * Be willing to learn something new every day Desired skills * Good eye for NL and APP design * Experience managing in-house CRMs * Good English level to communicate with other departments Oferta de empleo Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional
