Funciones

We are seeking a CRM Support Specialist for a 6-month temporary contract in Barcelona (hybrid model). The selected professional will support the transition and data migration to Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the CRM system. You will collaborate closely with the Logistics & Procurement team and other business departments to maintain reliable information flow and drive continuous process improvement.

Job Functions
· Input, update, and validate data in Salesforce based on internal information.
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all records.
· Conduct regular data checks to identify and resolve errors or duplications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and reliable data flow.
· Assist in generating reports and dashboards.
· Support process improvements and maintain related documentation.

Requisitos

· Strong experience working with technology and digital platforms.
· High attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and precision.
· Fluent English (spoken and written).
· Proficiency in Excel or other data management tools.
· Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
