Effective management of the student accounts in order to be able to answer any question that the clients might have regarding their outstanding fees and other issues related to the IE, University, Foundation or AAA, and facilitate them what is necessary.

Main duties / responsibilities:
•	Enrollment and Billing of the students. Coordination with Admissions and Financial Aid Departments, Registration Office, and Academic direction of the Programs. 
•	Coordination with the Admissions Team. Review that the payers are correctly set up in the CRM in order to make a correct integration to the ERP. 
•	Invoice the foundation donations. 
•	Accounting of bank transactions. 
•	Customer service in person and by telephone and email. Maintain a good relationship with the clients and proactively manage received information to solve problems and doubts related to the payments.


•	Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or similar field
•	Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and oral)
•	Knowledge of accounting and finance. Experience in ERPs usage would be a plus.
•	Excellent customer orientation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
•	Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic software tools.
