Funciones

An international renewable energy leader company, with presence in 20 countries and more than 3.000 employees worldwide is looking or a Customer Care and accounting support for their offices in Barcelona


Description

Your main tasks will be:

 * Communicating to internal and external customer about order confirmation, ship date, billing, concerns and tracking information to customers
 * Serve as a primary point o contact for sales representatives in assigned territory
 * Coordinating with the accounting teams on all credit, payment, billing and returns issues to ensure accounts accuracy
 * Report & analyze the outstanding trade receivables
 * Review and verify vendor invoices ensuring accurate general ledger coding and appropriate taxes


Profile

The selected candidate will fit with the following requirements:

 * Bachelor's Degree on Business Administration or similar
 * 2 years experienced in a similar job role
 * High level of Spanish and English is a must
 * Experience using SAP ERP is a must
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Can-do attitude
 * Outstanding follow-through, time management planing skills to deliver results

Requisitos
