We are looking for motivated, dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry! As a Customer Care Advisor, you would be delivering high-quality services to our clients' customers in your Native Language, resolving various questions and issues while communicating our clients' values. 

- Supporting customers and partners with their technical and marketing-oriented requests via phone and email
- Take care of complaints considering internal procedures
- Keep customer information up to date for marketing purposes (e.g. address, phone number, e-mail address, etc). 
- Keep the internal CRM system up to date with all necessary information on customer interactions
- Supporting new colleagues
- Staying up to date with internal processes and news
- Bring your ideas of how to optimize the business

Requisitos

- Native level of Danish, Full professional level of English
- Any additional language is a plus 
- Strong IT skills
- Customer service orientation
- High level of empathy
- Team work attitude
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to changes
- Drive for top performance with respect to quality
- Eagerness to grow and develop
- Engagement with the client's values and mission
