We are looking for motivated, dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry! As a Customer Care Advisor, you would be delivering high-quality services to our clients' customers in your Native Language, resolving various questions and issues while communicating our clients' values. 

Main Responsibilities
- Supporting customers and partners with their technical and marketing oriented requests via phone and email; 
- Take care of complaints considering internal procedures;
- Keep customer information up to date for marketing purposes (e.g. address, phone number, e-mail address, etc). 
- Keep the internal CRM system up to date with all necessary information on customer interactions;
- Supporting new colleagues; 
- Staying up to date with internal processes and news;
- Bring your ideas of how to optimize the business.

Requisitos

- Native level of Dutch, Full professional level of English;
- Any additional language is a plus; 
- Strong IT skills; 
- Customer service orientation; 
- High level of empathy;
- Team work attitude;
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to changes; 
- Drive for top performance with respect to quality;
- Eagerness to grow and develop;
- Engagement with the client's values and mission.
