Their mission is to help petrolheads around the world improve their rides, challenge their friends and pursue their real passion.

As a Customer Care Advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Support Norwegian customers over phone and email with all forms of inquiries 
- Handle return cases with efficiently
- Be responsible for managing feedback in order to improve services

Key languages:
- A native (or close-to-native) level of Norwegian
- Advanced level of English

Requisitos

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Patient and empathetic with the ability to adapt to each customer
- Customer service experience in an office environment is a plus
- Passion for the sector is considered beneficial
