As a Customer Care Agent, your responsibilities include: - Helping customers solve various problems, using text and Email communication to maintain & build good relationships with the customers - Make sure the web content is compliant with the companies quality standards - Continuously discover errors and improvements of the website - Help to solve any issues for the Turkish market
- Experience in communicating with customers - Ability to detect abusive or non-compliant content according to guidelines - Familiarity with the Turkish culture - Passionate about world-class Customer Experience - Being able to manage repetitive tasks - Positive and open attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to resolve complex issues - Detail-oriented and fast learning - Full-time work permit
