Funciones

Do you want to work in a young and rewarding environment?

We are a major International company looking for exceptional customer service operators wanting to make a difference!

Due to strong growth we are now looking for operators for our customer service call center located in Barcelona.

Functions:

-Answer calls from Customers or other departments, with the aim of properly managing any open incident.
-Manage issues together with other departments explaining to other colleagues the specific needs of the client, with the objective of giving the same a suitable solution to their specific problem.
-Answering customer inquiries, responding and / or indicating the correct actions to follow, with the aim of informing as much as possible about doubts.
-File documentation (Fax, mail) attaching it in the database to record the receipt of the shipment.


Requirements:

-Sales experience is desirable.
-A critical requirement is a good level in English (spoken & written) as well as full fluency (spoken and written) in one of the following languages: French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German, French or Italian.
