Our client is a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services. They work with the latest technology and the trend ´Internet of Things´. The Company develops integrated and innovative service solutions in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience. They work in sectors such as automotive, travel, logistics and communication technology.

Main responsibilities
- Customer Service Support via telephone contact, E-mail and chats
- Give information to clients
- Answer to claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to CS
- The identification of needs and provision of additional products, services and follow-ups
