They offer various services to customers and they develop and improve vehicles and mobility services, which makes mobility safer, more efficient and more convenient. Main responsibilities Providing personal assistance to customers by giving information or processing suggestions, concerns and claims. Taking care of emergency calls. When a report comes in you are responsible for the well-being of the customer and for arranging further measures. Coordinate Roadside Assistance by providing support during a breakdown or accident. Processing the incoming data. Planning the repairs as efficiently as possible and in the most convenient way for the customer. Supporting the customer if the vehicle is stolen. You help the customer locate the vehicle through GPS tracking and report it to the police.

Training and internal growth opportunities. A full time job and long-term contract directly with the hiring company. Starting date is November 11th. Discounts on the company´s products. Fun working environment, with rewards and room for creativity. Shifts are fixed, no rotations. Work five days per week, including working two weekends a month 3 different working hours to choose from: Option 1: Morning to afternoon (08:00 to 16:00) Option 2: Morning to midnight (16:00 to 00:00) Option 3: Midnight to morning (00:00 to 08:00)
