Our client is a booming company proposing a wide range of products for babies on their website, from clothes to toys.

They are looking for a Customer Care Representative with a native level of French and high level of Spanish to join their team in Barcelona.

As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities include:
- Helping customers and giving them information about the products sold on the website by phone and by email
- Managing orders, cancellations, etc.
- Following-up cases
- Communicating with customers in a friendly manner
- Managing and constantly updating customer information

Requisitos

Key Languages:
- Native level of French
- High level of Spanish
- Good level of English is a plus

Core Skills/Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Able to express ideas in a coherent and concise manner
- Organised and responsible candidate
- Team player
- Previous experience in a customer service position is a plus
