Funciones

GERMAN SPEAKERS! We are looking Customer Service Representative for a permanent position based in Barcelona.


Description

* Processing incoming customer request and orders.
 * Checking the orders against the customer and purchase order agreements.
 * Responding to customer product inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
 * Instructing and liaising with the warehouses, plants and forwarders to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of the goods.
 * Creating and monitoring outbound activities in order to complete the order.
 * Invoicing timely and accurately.
 * Handling the complaints and returning shipments.
 * Supporting and interfacing the Sales Representatives.
 * Maintaining, updating and filling the customer documents, record and internal documents.
 * Monitoring the credit situation of the customer and liaising with the credit department and the sales team.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.


Profile

* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields in preferred.
 * Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
 * Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
 * Experience in MS Office tools and ERP, SAP and Salesforce.com experience is an asset.
 * Customer Service-oriented attitude.
 * Multitasking ability and team player.
 * Ability to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios.
 * Detail and result oriented skills.
