Funciones

The Customer Journey Manager is the liaison between the technical teams and the business management of IE. Ideally, the Customer Journey Manager has a consulting, innovation or functional background ideally combined with an IT background. At first, He or She will be focused on the definition, design and development of sales and marketing processes in order to improve the customer journey of our candidates both with knowledge of the market and data analysis to make data-driven decisions. 
 
Key Action Areas: 
- Design and implement the Customer journey and analyzed the metrics in the process. 
- Build and organize the different innovation projects with impact for commercial areas. 
- Continuous Benchmarking of the best business practices of the competition. Identify actionable insights with internal information sources. 
- Ensure all customer interactions fulfill the experience pillars by working closely and in collaboration with different teams. 
- Training the preparing documentation for the Sales Department. 
- Work with the Hubspot tool and carry out developments of the new processes to be included in it to have a more efficient and robust system. Testing Developments from the User Experience point of view. 
- Develop the forms or methods for the collection of data from clients and prospects in the different points of interaction with them and verify that the legal aspects of the RGPD are met.  
- Support the different departments with the tool and be familiar with marketing automation tools (lead nurturing and lead scoring).

Requisitos

Requirements: 

- Master’s Degree from a top University. 
- Bilingual or advanced proficiency, in English and Spanish; with professional experience in both.  
- Business or Engineering/Technical background.  
- Minimum 3 years of experience 
- Proven training and certification of marktech technologies, such as Google, Hubspot and Business analytics tools.  
- Good knowledge of marktech technologies, such as google, Hubspot, CRM and business analytics.  
- Proven participation experience in CRM Projects. 
- Organization and planning. Result-oriented and focused on project delivery and its quality. 
- Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision. 
- A creative approach to connecting customer feedback to product development. 
- Proven experience in Technology consultancy is a must. Hubspot certification (Marketing and Sales Hub). 
- Strong analytical and business backgrounds as well as an understanding of strategic. 
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments in consumer tech. 
- Possess natural curiosity and has an affinity for creative problem-solving. 
- Tools: Dynamics 365, Hubspot, Eventbrite, Power BI. Google Analytics.
