Funciones

- Providing personal assistance to customers by giving information or processing suggestions, concerns and claims.
- Taking care of emergency calls. When a report comes in you are responsible for the well-being of the customer and for 
   arranging further measures.
- Coordinate Roadside Assistance by providing support during a breakdown or accident.
- Processing the incoming data.
- Planning the repairs as efficiently as possible and in the most convenient way for the customer.
- Supporting the customer if the vehicle is stolen. You help the customer locate the vehicle through GPS tracking and 
  report it to the police.

Requisitos

- Native level of Dutch and fluent in English 
- Experience in customer contact
- Can deal with stressful situations
- Works in an organised way and has an eye for detail
- Proactive
- Problem-solving thinking
- Team player
