We are looking for a talented individual to help our client solve several business operational issues. If you are an analytical person, organized, and a strong team player, then this is your opportunity. 

Responsibilities:
- Answer customers' operational issues (e.g. deliveries, returns, order status, etc.).
- Be the first point of contact for customer accounts, as well as for a specialized topic 
- Interact with other departments to resolve operational matters based on customer support (e.g. supply chain, sales, etc.).
- Train other team members when needed 
- Contributes to optimize current processes in order to improve daily activities

Requisitos

Core Skills/Experience:
- Native level of Dutch AND fluent English
- Bachelor's degree
- From 2 to 4 years of related working experience (e.g. supply chain, customer service, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills 
- Knowledge of end-to-end process of sales operations
- Some knowledge of Supply chain will be a plus
- An excellent team player able to collaborate with others
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of solving complex internal operational issues
- Solution-oriented person, analytical and organized
