Customer Service Agents UK Market! For one of our clients, one of the leading global fashion brands is looking to expand their operations in Barcelona. We are looking for experienced Customer Service Agents with a proficiency level of English.

Description

Your responsibilities as Customer Service Agent for the UK market:

 * Attending inbound calls and emails from customers
 * Handling new incoming reclaims and making sure that they are handled accordingly
 * Management of administrative tasks
 * Providing great customer service quality (phone, e-mail, chat)


Profile

Your profile:

 * Native or high proficiency in English
 * Previous experience in a customer serving environment and in best case in fashion/retail sector
 * Responsible with communicative personality and confidence
 * Dynamic, pro-active, positive attitude
 * Problem solving and customer orientated


Job Offer

Our offer:

 * 1 Year contract
 * 40 hours a week, rotating shifts including weekends (always 2 days off, weekend additional payment)
 * Paid 2 weeks training

Requisitos

Native or high proficiency in English
