IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Agent your daily responsibilities will be:
- Provide technical support to all workshops for the company's car department.
- Give solutions to all problems regarding car appointments systems in the workshops.
- Solve issues about non-recognition of a car in workshop, or no notification of customers' appointments.

What we offer you:
- Job located in Barcelona city.
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00h.
- Salary: 18072'01?/year + Bonus Productivity (75?/month that is charged only after month 2)

Requisitos

Requirements:

- Native level of Norwegian
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
- Immediately availability
