We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications - Native level of Indonesian and English -Good knowledge of how to handle Internet based applications Experience -A minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience -Typically has a good amount of experience in Back office and Administrative environments Skills - You have good communication skills, are customer oriented and service minded. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and flexible. - Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for high level of service to our clients in Indonesia Your main responsibilities: -Answering to general Customer inquiries via chat or email -Monitor order progress -Ensure that customer promise times are met according to the company standards
Temporary contract Timetable: Monday to Friday (From 6:30 to 14:30) Possibility of developing a professional career within an international company present in more than 30 countries.
