We are looking for customer service agents to answer customer calls and resolve any doubts that may have. Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction.

You can choose morning or afternoon shift. It is a stable position in which you can develop your professional career and get involved in the project from the beginning.

You will work in new and easily accessible facilities that you can reach by public transport. The company is located in the Poblenou district, near the beach. 

We are llooking for an extremely efficient, proactive, problem solving and a team player individual to join our team.

Requisitos

No se requieren estudios ni experiencia concretos.

- Bilingüal level of any of these languages: French, Dutch, German, Italian, Arabic, Swedish, Portuguese, Russian, or Polish plus English knowledge are required. 
- Immediate availability to work in Barcelona
- High communication skills

Se ofrece

- Initiate the process of Onboarding for our new Resellers and Customers.
- Support our resellers and customers, of the correct usage of the ADA solution with continuous traininig and webinars.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Support the Marketing team in the creation of campaigns.
- Offer assistance with appropriate solutions within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communicational procedures, guidelines and policies.
