Our client is a growing e-commerce leading company, providing personal care and health products across different countries in Europe. They are looking for someone to join their team in Barcelona on a mission to take their Customer Service team to a higher level. You will be joining a young and dynamic team and as a supervisor, you will make sure they deliver memorable customer service in different countries. 

Responsibilities: 
-Uplift the customer service department to an outstanding level
-Supervise and monitor their quality standards
-Define and supervise the KPI`s of the customer care department
-Implement strategies to improve efficiency and service
-Maintain and update the manuals and documentation
-Involved in the recruitment process for new agents and train them once hired
-Check if training is needed in the team

Requisitos

Key languages: 
-High level of French
-High level of Spanish
-Advanced level of English

Core Skills/Experience:
-+2 years of experience in a similar role (supervisor, team manager,...) in a call center or customer service environment
-Great communication skills on a high level of French and Spanish and an advanced level of English
-Level user of BI tools
-Expert level of Excel and high analytical skills
-Experience with a CRM tool: Zendesk, Sugar, Salesforce… 
-Eager to help
-Customer-oriented
-A problem-solver mindset and hands-on mentality
-A team spirit
