Funciones

Important multinational company, is looking for a Customer Service & Distribution Manager located in Vallés Oriental.


Description

* Leading and motivating a team of the customer service staff.

 * Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

 * Manage a portofolio of national customers, including identifying their needs and requirements and offering innovative solutions to their specific needs.

 * Following up the customers through status calls and meetings to make sure that our customers get the best possible service.

 * Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics (KPI); monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.

 * Maximizes customer operational performance by providing innovative ideas and creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

 * Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.

 * Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.

 * SAP Key user for Customer Service and procurement.


Profile

* A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a customer service position and 2 years leading a team.

 * High level of English + Spanish.

 * Customer orientation. Orientation to results and continuous improvement.

 * Skills in negotiation and communication. Resource management. Teamwork. Leadership. Planification and organization. Analytical, resolutive and decision-making capacity.

 * Specific knowledge in Customer Service, Logistics and Commercial area.

 * Proficiency in MS Office applications included SAP.


Job Offer

* Permanent contract directly with the client.

 * Good opportunities of professional development.
 * Monday to thursday 8h to 17h. Friday 8h to 15h

Requisitos

-A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a customer service position and 2 years leading a team.
-High level of English + Spanish.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications included SAP.
