Requisitos

Experience in a customer service/service support environment is required.
Highly computer literate across Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in an ERP and CRM system is required. Working knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and writing. Italian language skills would also be desirable.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical GMP environments would be beneficial.
Attention to detail a must
Effective ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
