Great job opportunity for customer service agent with fluent French and English with interest in the fashion sector. Description * Attending inbound calls and emails from customers, regarding their shopping experience, orders, deliveries and processing payments. * Handling new incoming reclaims and making sure that they are handled accordingly. * Management of administrative tasks. * Providing great customer service quality (phone, e-mail, chat). * Manage consumer complaints or requests with interest and attention. * Deal with both B2B from stores and B2C from Consumers. Profile * Being open to feedback and to communicate with your team in a clear and straightforward way. * The ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day. * The drive and ambition to complete your tasks in a timely and effective manner. * A willingness to learn and improve * French language - native or skilled as native in speaking and writing * English language - intermediate level in speaking and writing (B1) Job Offer * Full-time position (40h/week) * Supporting personal growth by providing various types of training sessions * Competitive salary based on benchmark tests in Barcelona * Work in a friendly environment where we promote diversity and equality * Flexible shift patterns between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday * Additional payment when working on public holidays and Sundays * 2 weeks induction training in English
