Funciones

- Works on sensitive/escalated cases as required.
- Follows established departmental policies and procedures to process & triage GOPs.
- Telephone Customer Service.
- Steers member to alternative providers.
- Liaises and ensures efficient coordinatio with the medical/case management teams.
- Works independently and effectively communicate to internal and external customers by telephone and email.
- Maintains accurate workflow and process documents.

Requisitos

Bilingual Dutch + high English
OR
Bilingual German + high English
AND
Customer Service and Call Center Experience.


Se ofrece

- Schedule: Different schedules but all full time.
- Perm Contract, indefinido.
- Salary: The salary depens on the language and the schedule, from 16.000 to 18.000 per anum + 7% commission + medical insurance + bus
