Descripción de la oferta

* Continuous control and monitoring along the day of the Interfaces between our system and the systems of the two warehouses, looking for the blocked files, analyzing the reasons and fixing the problems in order to integrate them, or in case of technical issue, report it to IT's departments (internal or in the vendors) for prompt solution.

 * Every day, at first time in the morning, stocks control in order to ensure that stock files from the different warehouses and our system are aligned, avoiding stock discrepancies that could cause shortages.

 * Stock balance between South and North DC's ensuring that we have the stock we need in the right DC, and organizing and controlling the transfer between booth DC's.

 * Daily (two times per day) track of order status, ensuring that work in process orders are according to the priorities set by Alpargatas, and following the delays establishing the priorities with customer service and the different DC's.

 * Item Master Data file maintenance. Ensure all the logistic data are available and reliable in the system, getting the data from warehouse or Brazil team, not only in the new collection data entry but following daily good receipt entry from Brazil and marketing vendors.

 * Purchase orders of packaging material and invoicing process in the system and taking care of archive them.

 * Invoicing checking, ensuring that the applied rates are the agreed ones, and doing random checks in order to be sure that the data and calculations are correct.

 * KPI's fulfillment and control, extracting and recovering all necessary data from the systems or our vendors in order to maintain the KPI's updated for the analysis.


Perfil del candidato

English is a must.

Experience in administrative task in a warehouse or in a logistic operator.

High level in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.

- Salario: 16.500€ en 12 pagas

- Contrato: Temporal Febrero a Septiembre

- L a V de 9 a 18.00
