Important automotive manufacturer company located in Vallés(Barcelona), is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager. He/she will have around 4-5 Customer Service people in charge.

Funciones

 * Receive and analyze the client's programs.
 * Realize the needs' plan considering the clients' requirements to be considered in the MRP system.
 * Effective communication with the client in order to check the satisfaction of the given service.
 * Give follow up for the finished products' shipments, by coordinating the: Shipment and documents; Client's notifications; Transports and customs; Receipts from the clients; Claims for quality, damages or loss of material.
 * Coordinate and evaluate the changes of engineering, new products/models completion in order to avoid obsolete materials at the beginning of the serial production and implement actions with the different areas, the client and the suppliers.
 * Define and update the inventor policies of the materials, finished products and supplies in the system
 * Evaluate the feasibility of the clients' program.
 * Provide reports to the management.
 * Propose the already defined number of improvements per year.
 * Integrate and participate in the WCM methodology.
 * Manage and give follow up about the following indicators: Inventor days; Client degree service; Level of obsolescence; Engineering management changes; Backorders.

Requisitos

 * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or similar.
 * At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
 * Experience in a TIER 1 Automotive company is highly valued.
 * High level of English is mandatory, French will be considerate as a plus.
 * Soft Leadership and management skills are required.
 * Strong interpersonal skills.
 * Stress resistant and able to work under pressure.
 * Dynamic and proactive profile.
