Great Customer Service Manager role with decent working hours in an e commerce company in the city center
Managing a team of 1-2 Customer Service Representatives
Attending inbound calls and emails, chats from customers, regarding their shopping experience, orders, deliveries and processing payments.
Handling new incoming reclaims and making sure that they are handled accordingly.
Management of administrative tasks.
Providing great customer service quality (phone, e-mail, chat).
Manage consumer complaints or requests with interest and attention.
Dealing with B2C from luxury e-commerce Consumers.
Having a solid team management experience for at least 2 years and with solid retail, e commerce, fashion sector background.
Excellent communication skills who could amelioriate the customer experience.
Being positive, happy, easy going, open to feedback and to communicate with the team in a clear and straightforward way.
The drive and ambition to complete your tasks in a timely and effective manner.
A willingness to learn and improve
Being native and fluent in at least 2 European languages - preferably in Spanish, German, French, Italian, English
Part - time candidates would be also accepted
