- Works on sensitive/escalated cases as required.

- Follows established departmental policies and procedures to process & triage GOPs.

- Telephone Customer Service.

- Steers member to alternative providers.

- Liaises and ensures efficient coordinatio with the medical/case management teams.

- Works independently and effectively communicate to internal and external customers by telephone and email.

- Maintains accurate workflow and process documents.


Perfil del candidato

Bilingual Portuguese + English

OR

Bilingual Italian + English

AND

Customer Service and Call Center Experience.


Oferta de empleo

- Schedule:You can choose afternoon or morning schedule. It depens on the language.

- Perm Contract, indefinido.

- Salary: The salary depens on the language and the schedule, from €16.000 to 20.000 per anum + 7% commission + medical insurance + bus

- Localication: Pozuelo de Alarcón. Madrid

Requisitos

Bilingual: Italian + English or Portuguese + English 

Customer Service / Call Center experience.
