Funciones

Cigna Corporation is a global health service company. It´s looking for a Contact Center Representative
 * You are the first point of contact for all the calls to the Medical Claims Centre.
 * You answer questions from our plan members and healthcare providers located all around the globe and handle complaints appropriately. Questions may concern the content of the policy, the procedure for hospitalization, the refund of an invoice,..
 * You log calls requiring further research or action and you pass on this information to the departments involved through clear phone memos.
 *  If necessary, you transfer the call to a colleague from the responsible department.You proactively share client needs and opportunities towards the relevant person/department
 * You lead your calls and you remain client-friendly at all times acting proactively and providing high-quality information and advice.
 * As a secondary task, you follow up on newly received e-mails, you sort them according to their level of priority and you process urgent communications (both written messages and phone calls).

Requisitos

 * You have a higher education defree, prefably in languages, or similar by experience.
 * You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian. Any other language is an asset.
 * You are client- and service-oriented and you have customer service experience.
 * You are patient and prepared to listen, you are able to put things into perspective, you show empathy and commitment and you know how to handle phone calls in an efficient manner.
 * You are immune to stress and have a high standard of self-control.
 * You are confident and risk averse

Se ofrece

- Perm Contract
- Different schedules.
- Contact Center Rep Italian: L-V. 10-17:45pm. 16K + 7%
- Contact Center Rep Portugués ó Francés: M-S. 9-16:45pm. 16K + 7%
- Contact Center Rep Italian: L-V. 3:15-11pm. 18K + 7%
- Salary: €16.000/18.000per anum + 7% commission + medical insurance + bus
- Localication: Pozuelo de Alarcón.
