-Attending inbound calls and emails, chats from customers, regarding their shopping experience, orders, deliveries and processing payments.
-Handling new incoming reclaims and making sure that they are handled accordingly.
-Management of administrative tasks.
-Providing great customer service quality (phone, e-mail, chat).
-Manage consumer complaints or requests with interest and attention.
-Dealing with B2C from luxury e-commerce Consumers.
-Having a solid team management experience for at least 2 years and with solid retail, e commerce, fashion sector background.
-Excellent communication skills who could amelioriate the customer experience.
-Being positive, happy, easy going, open to feedback and to communicate with the team in a clear and straightforward way.
-The drive and ambition to complete your tasks in a timely and effective manner.
-A willingness to learn and improve
-Being native and fluent in at least 2 European languages - preferably in Spanish, German, French, Italian, English
Part - time candidates would be also accepted
