As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include: - Building a strong customer relationship through a prompt resolution to clients' issues regarding sales, product and services - Understand the prospective client’s profiles and needs - Attending inbound queries from clients via e-mail and phone - Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email and social media - at the same time developing great skills that will help boost your career - Strengthen relationship with developed client portfolios
Key Languages: - Native level of Finnish - Professional level of English Core Skills/Experience: - Expertise in customer service over the phone is a plus - Excellent communicator and listener - Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently - A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs - Good team-player who radiates positivity - Solid keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office
