As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include: -Building a strong customer relationship through a prompt resolution to clients' issues regarding sales, product and services -Understanding the prospective client’s profiles and needs -As our client offers a variety of projects, they offer a variety of job openings, adapted to your interests and skills: contact with the client can consist of mainly written correspondence or contact over the phone -Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email and social media - at the same time developing great skills that will help boost your career -Strengthening relationship with developed client portfolios
Key Languages: ?? -Native level of Italian -Good level of English (B2, C1 or C2) Core skills/Experience: -Expertise in customer service over the phone is a plus -Excellent communicator and listener -Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently -A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs -Good team-player who radiates positivity -Solid keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office
