Description

Your responsibilities as Catalan Customer Service Representative include:

 * Screen and review reported Italian Social Media content according to guidelines
 * Research, prevent and solve challenges related to accounts
 * Management of administrative tasks
 * Providing great customer service quality
 * Handling new incoming reclaims and making sure that they are handled accordingly


Profile

Your profile:

 * Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish & Catalan and English are essential
 * Valid working permit for Spain / EU citizenship
 * Affinity with online media and social networks
 * Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy
 * Awareness for current cultural, political and social events
 * Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility
